Michael's Appliance is proud to offer our customers real-time status of their orders. If you have an appliance, part or even a service call order open with us you can track the status here. Simply enter the order number or your customer number to view the status of any open orders for you currently in our system. Here at Michael's Appliance we utilize 'Just-in-time' ordering and delivery from our manufacturers. This allows us to bring your appliance(s) or parts in right up to the time of delivery to you, our valued customer. It is not uncommon for appliances to 'cross-dock'; that is, go from the Manufacturers delivery truck right onto OUR delivery truck. | ||
